HOW TO USE

STEP 1: Heat Your Pan

Place any pan or kadai on medium heat. No oil needed not even a drop.

STEP 2: Add Water & ZOC Masala

Add 3–4 tablespoons of water to the pan, then add 2–3 teaspoons of ZOC Masala. Stir gently and let it bloom for 30 seconds.

STEP 3: Add Your Vegetables or Protein

Add onions, tomatoes, paneer, vegetables, dal whatever your recipe calls for. Cook exactly as you normally would.

STEP 4: Cook & Stir

Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add small splashes of water if the masala starts to stick this replaces the oil completely.

STEP 5: Cook & Stir

Plate your dish and serve hot. Full restaurant-style flavour, zero oil, happy heart.
